Adding images to the article

The easiest way to add images to an article is by following the three steps:

  • Uploading image using the File Management of Docmint
  • Linking the image to the article: now the image will come up in the edit article field
  • Adding the image inside the WYSIWYG editor

Adding the image inside the WYSIWYG editor is done by:

  • Right click and copy the image URL you want to add in the list displayed on the edit article form
  • Click the add image button in the WYSIWYG editor
  • Paste the URL from the clip board using CTRL+V to the popup form
  • You can preview the image
  • Specify alignment in the popup form
  • Click OK to add the image

You will now see the image inside the WYSIWYG editor.

Another and advanced way of adding images would be using the attribute function for files, articles and trees. This will allow you to control the images via the template.
