The comment system in Docmint allows a list
of comments for each article. The comments are attached to the articles, not
the tree structure, i.e. if you have an article at various positions in the
tree, it will always contain the same comments.
Comments can be edited and deleted, but not
translated. There is the possibility to highlight source code in the comments,
using the GeSHi highlighter. This is set on and off in the configure.php file.
In the configuration file you can also set
if you want the message board to be open or moderated. If open, all messages
are instantly displayed on the site. If moderated, the user posts a message and
gets the feedback that the editors have to check the message before it appears
on the site.
