The File Management follows the following
logic: you can upload a file, which is being stored in the upload folder in
your publication folder. Then you can link this to an article or a position in
the tree structure. Additionally, you can set attributes for each item to
specify for example if this image is available for download or should be included
(images) or whatever. The attribute logic is being explained further below and
has not presets at this point.
