Linking and unlinking files to articles and the tree
This is important to make the files
available in the public front end of your publication, i.e. what the user sees.
In most cases you should link the file to an article. If you have a tree
structure where the same article appears in different locations of the
publication, you might want to link the file only to specific points in the
tree.
