- Adding, editing and deleting available languages: System Set
By default, Docmint comes in English as the
default langage and a German set for all admin strings. The localization
strings are stored in UTF-8 XML files in the filesystem.
You can add and delete admin languages in
the Localization section. In this section you can also translate all strings in
the admin interface. Additionally, this is the place where you set the
languages used for the public front page of your publication. On the Docmint
site these are also German and English. When switching the languages you can
see that the public interface strings change their language. The article
content also changes to the user chosen language, if available in that
language.
